Crest Capital is led by its founder and principal, Andre Soroudi. Andre has spent his entire career focused on acquiring, operating, and developing multifamily properties throughout the country, with projects totaling nearly $2 billion in capitalization. Most recently, Andre was the Chief Investment Officer for CGI+, a Los Angeles-based private equity owner and developer with $2 billion of assets under management. In this role, Andre formulated the company’s investment strategy and oversaw the acquisitions, fundraising, and development teams. Prior to CGI+, Andre worked with G.H. Palmer Associates, a Beverly Hills-based company with 15,000 units developed, owned, and operated. Andre is a triple graduate of the University of Southern California with a Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Real Estate Development, and BA in Business Administration.
